DWP renews Condatis support contract

20 January 2021

We are excited to announce that our support contract for the Department for Work and Pensions (DWP) has been renewed for a further year. The DWP, responsible for welfare, pensions and child maintenance policy, is the UK’s biggest government department.

Condatis, partnering with Microsoft, built an Identity and Access system for DWP which provides a secure and robust method for the UK’s 400 local authorities to access DWP’s services. That system is now in its third year of provision.

As well as building the system Condatis and our partner organisation Sitekit Solutions, have been engaged in providing ongoing support for the system. A dedicated team from Sitekit Solutions supports the software connected securely to the DWP services. Sitekit provides close ITIL compliant support to DWP and local authorities through DWP’s helpdesk. The support is managed under a monitored service level agreement with fast response times for its 28,000 users.

We are pleased that the contract has been renewed and that DWP has recognised the continual service improvements made over the service’s entire life. We look forward to continuing working with DWP on this project.
