Condatis obtains ISO9001 certification

11 May 2021
From our recent triumph in renewing our ISO 27001 information security standard certification, we are now also ISO 9001 certified.

The ISO 9001:2015 standard specifies requirements for a quality management system (QMS). This standard sets the focus for organisations to achieve high customer satisfaction through consistently applying processes in running the business, operations, and provision of products and services. We have recently passed the Stage 1 and Stage 2 assessments by UKAS accredited auditors and are now certified for the standard, adding to our existing ISO 27001 security certification.

We remain focused on immersing all achieved security standards within the organisation for our teams, implementing and improving our quality management system throughout our internal processes and procedures. We commit to continue providing our clients with a robust, trusted and high calibre experience through all our projects, from design right through to delivery.

John Yau, Chief Information OfficerJohn Yau, Chief Information Officer, said:

“We have been running a QMS for quite some time now, but it was a logical progression to consolidate ISO 9001 to our existing certifications. The benefits of repeatable, optimised processes are part of the fabric of the continual improvement culture that every staff member is engaged in. Certification to ISO 9001 and ISO 27001 standards instils trust and confidence that we can exceed customer expectations in meeting their requirements, whilst giving reassurance that we are achieving this with quality and security in mind every step of the way.”
