What does a great customer identity solution look like?
Imagine this: Louise has a credit card provider that gives her rewards and discounts at affiliated online stores. When Louise visits one of these online stores, she is not required to create an account (which might slow down her journey and she might lose interest altogether); instead the store uses the address she provided for her credit card provider.
Because Louise trusts the store (as it is affiliated), she adds her email address and phone number. The next time Louise visits the online retailer, she notices that the website is completely personalised, showing items that are relevant, with discounts already applied.
