Simple, secure authentication for your partner organisations
Enhance the productivity of those who work with you, while protecting your organisation from security threats.
Collaborating online with partners is a powerful way to create shared-value products and services, but it comes with a security risk. Without the intelligence that clients might store in an Active Directory of their own employees, enterprises may feel like they are struggling when it comes to assigning the right levels of authority to partners.
We can give partners access to the systems they need and have a seamless user experience, while our clients have full control and insight into what their partners are accessing.
- Enable partners to work with you efficiently and securely
- Improve the security of your organisation by monitoring activity in real time
- Support collaboration from multiple devices and locations
What does a great partner identity solution look like?
Imagine this: John, an account manager, goes on a business trip to see a client. From the client’s office, he uses his credentials to log in to his laptop. As he is in a different location from his regular office, he is challenged to confirm his identity through multi-factor authentication and he receives a one-off code on his phone. Once John submits this code, he can access his company’s network as normal, with full access to the files he requires. Meanwhile, his activities are logged and if there is any suspicious activity, the system’s artificial intelligence kicks in to prevent further access. Should John’s laptop or phone get stolen, they can both be shut down remotely by his organisation’s IT support team.
Customer success story
- Department for Work and Pensions
A new, extensible identity platform, using the GOV.UK design system and delivered using an agile software delivery methodology, has enabled the department to reduce costs and overheads by providing self-administration of access management activities to partners and local and regional government organisations.
- World-leading maritime logistics provider
Our client needed to improve the security of its web platform by adding a secure, robust and flexible authentication service with single sign-on (SSO) and multi-factor authentication (MFA). Working closely with the client’s technical team, Condatis produced a Proof of Concept (PoC) illustrating how Microsoft Azure AD B2C, integrated with existing web pages, can be used to orchestrate authentication journeys.
