Chris has a wealth of management and leadership experience developed over twenty years in technology companies in Scotland. At pureLiFi he worked with the business founders to design and develop novel optical front-end components and software solutions for the new LiFi market and took a role in the UK Photonics Leadership Group.

He spent over 3 years with Optos as VP Product Development designing world-leading retina scanning systems for medical optometry and ophthalmology and took part in the post-merger integration after the acquisition of Optos by Nikon. Chris was part of the management team buy-out at Thales MESL, becoming MESL Microwave, taking roles in engineering, project management and sales, and helping to launch the new product sector for the space market. The start of his career was as an officer in the Fleet Air Arm of the Royal Navy, where he served for eight years.

Campbell Grant, Chair of the Board of Sitekit Ltd, said:

“We are pleased to welcome Chris as the CEO of Condatis and have no doubt that he will be successful in his new role. Throughout his career, Chris has demonstrated true commitment to achieving success for the companies he worked for. He is renowned for his ability to improve the agility of an organisation to gain a market advantage. Moreover, he is a genuine and courteous person — a great fit for the existing team.”
