We would like to provide you with an explanation of how we are maintaining business continuity during the outbreak of COVID-19 (Coronavirus).
Office closures
Although none of our staff have been diagnosed with COVID-19, as a precautionary measure we have decided to close the following office locations:
- Edinburgh
- London Marylebone
- Bloxham
- Portree
All staff in these offices are working from home until further notice. In addition, all non-essential travel has been cancelled as have inter-site, client and candidate face-to-face meetings.
Business continuity
Condatis, part of the Sitekit group, creates trusted digital services and applications for large enterprise and government organisations. Digital security is central to what we do. This means that we have robust business continuity plans in place. Our staff are fully equipped to operate as normal in a secure environment, using cloud technologies such as:
- Cloud based Microsoft Teams and SharePoint
- Cloud based Office 365 applications
- Cloud based CRM, HR and Finance tools
Expected impact
As a responsible company with a duty of care to all that work with us, we would like to reassure you that we continue to offer our services at the same high level of quality that you are used to. We have a flexible workforce that is able to adapt to changing circumstances, and have the technology to work in changing conditions. Through the measures we’ve taken, we believe that there will be no impact on the services we provide to you for the foreseeable future.
